Pastor's Message

Welcome to our site! We are again at the beginning of a new year, together with my wife we want to share from our hearts the words our Lord has spoken to us at our New Year Eve Service. I ask myself every time at the beginning of a new year 'How can I be more fruitful as a ministry, as a family for those that are married, as an individual, how am I impacting our society that we live in, as a child of God! God speaks through Isaiah the prophet, and those words speak to us today, 'What more could have been done for my vineyard than I have done for it?' Isaiah 5:v4 We see metaphorically God speaking that He is the One taking care of His people(v.2.3) 'He dug it up and cleared it of stones and planted it with the choicest vines. He built a watchtower in it and cut out a winepress as well.' Through the sacrifices of our Lord Jesus Christ, God has made a way for us that whoever believes in Jesus will not perish, will receive everlasting life and come under the blessings promised in His Word. It is our desire as a church to come closer to God and the year 2016 to be a more fruitful that the Kingdom of God will increase in this region! Amin

My Kingdom or God's? by Camelia Preda Ministry Coordinator

Today more then anytime before we see the nations fretting, we as God's children have to hide the Word of God in our hearts and we need to be lead by the Holy Spirit being ready all the time for the return of our Lord Jesus (Luke 12:40). Jesus taught the disciples about their everyday walk: 'For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. But seek His kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well. Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom.' (Luke 12:30-32) If we look in the chapter a few verses up, Jesus speaks in parables to His disciples about what is important in our lives! Then He said to them, 'Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.' v.15 further He goes on and says 'For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes.' v. 23 In one occasion Jesus asks: 'What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?' (Matt. 16:26) Jesus cares for our needs, because He says these will be given to us as well, but He wants our hearts to be set on seeking His kingdom and His righteousness and to spread the Gospel to all people, 'Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.'(Mark 16:15-16)

What kind of 'Kingdom' is He referring in this passage? Romans 14:17 helps us understand what is the 'kingdom of God'? 'For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.' Righteousness, peace and joy are the fruits of the Spirit, and all those that are lead by the Spirit of God are sons/daughters of God.' (Romans 8:14)
